If you access the Special Permits link thru this link....

and click on the Check Special Hunt Drawing Results tab, it will take you to this link...

http://wdfw.wa.gov/wlm/game/hunter/specperm/results/

which states "You will receive official notification by mail or email if indicated on your submittal."

According to this, it doesn't appear as if the results are ready yet.
