Yup, I want me some of that 13 dollar per acre per year land with no prop tax frown ... I'm sure none of us really want to know exactly how deep into the taxpayer pockets these ranchers really get.

I have spent many wonderful days camping, motorcycle riding and hunting on rancher leased grazing land with my family and friends in the Saddle Mountain area of Eastern Washington.
As far as the $13 per acre go's, I think that $13 per acre is infinitely better than $0 dollars per acre and with the feds 'owning' 640 billion acres we are talking real money.

I know of 13 acres that could be put to better use. It is now costing the taxpayers $1.4 billion per year to fund the White House. I say lease that land to a rancher and it would be in better use than it is now.
