I will be traveling to Maui in early August and just wanted to see if any of you have Maui info you'd care to share.

I have not booked anything yet, so I'm open to hear of any of the goods/bads of Maui, awesome places you've stayed, etc. Will do a ton of snorkeling, sunning, beach going, beer drinking, lounging, etc. Not too concerned with fishing (GASP!), as that is not the focal point of the trip.

There is a nude beach on the southwest end of the island. You can show off your shortcomings.

Some of the best snorkeling is right off the beach there. Great pools and food on site. Good overall location. People are selling their timeshare there on CL all the time so you can score some pretty incredible deals.
