While flying back from Atlanta to Seattle I sat next to a guy who works for a mine in AK, north of Kotzebue. Something like 4 weeks on, two off plus leave and they work year around. They did testing on the travelers coming back to the mine like 3-4 times, plus modest quarantines, and managed to keep a 4-600 workforce going year-around.

And Skyguy for sure, so there is no possible return. It’s likely in their mission statement for mod work here on the DS.
