This Saturday around 10:00am some of the guys from this board are going to be up on the Snoqualmie picking up other peoples litter. Pretty sad this needs to be done, but if we don't who will? So if you want a reason to get away from the wife for a couple of hours come and join driftboat rridgeway myself and some others. Looking foward to getting a chance to meet everyone, see you there. Brad

I'll post the place to meet after I talk to the city of Fall City.

Great idea! We should meet at Plumb's landing and work our way up to Tokul Creek. A few guys can knock that off in no time. See ya at 10:00!

I've arranged to dump trash at the Tokel creek hatchery, Snoqualmie falls golf coarse and there will be a dumpster in front of the riverside, and also king county parks in Fall city and Carnation. the City of Carnation was no help at all, go figure. see you at plums at 10:00. Brad

Chris S or CH this is your back yard were talking about so your gonna be there right? we could use that new Dodge to haul the trash.

Now....if we can get a little carryover by everyone at their fishing holes and diplay a little respect for the water/land we fish, we will ultimately tick-off a few less land owners that are more than justified to close their land to a bunch of slobs trashing their place. Clean fishing holes....I think we would find fishing to be a more pleasureable experience.

Yup. Way to go you guys. I've got to help entertain visitors in from out of town all weekend or I'd be there. Count me in next time though.

It's about time people are taking responsibility for our rivers. I think a lot of people take fishing and their environment for granted. It disgust me to see egg containers, refridgerators and beer cans floating down the river. Didn't Smokey the Bear teach them anything?

I've been looking to start something up on the Green River and other metro area rivers that get a lot of pressure from weekend anglers.

I smoke when I fish. My buddy and I got tired of throwing our butts in our waders because they really began to stink, so we started taking a plastic bottle with us so we can do our part in perserving what's not ours. Remember guys, we are guests on that river and we should do everything we can to be curtious guests. If I can get out of work this weekend, I'm there. Keep up the great work guys!

Can you imagine some of the things that are thrown on a river bank, now I can! we had a clean up on the shoqualmie today and we found hunderds of beer bottles and cans, tires, chain link fencing drug needles (nice) a mouse that had drank himself to death in a Corona bottle, but Toby found the winner, a package from a womens personal play toy, yea thats takes the cake!. Big ATTA BOYS go out to driftboat, Tom, Toby, R_Ridgeway, big Jay and Sly Dog Steve for picking up two dumpsters of trash from Tokel creek to Neal RD. GOOD JOB BOYS!!!!!. I,m looking foward to our next project, see ya then.
