Well I posted a picture and it looks like A$$. I'm still not getting this computer stuff. I used microsoft photo editor and downsized it that way. Does anyone else use this program. I also have a program called photo impressions, will this work? Sorry about the shatty picture, Someone with computer knowledge please help!

Remember, when you are reducing the size of a picture you also need to drop the resolution. Let me elaborate:

When you try and reduce the dimensions of a photo many programs will actually increase the DPI resolution while the size decreases to keep the file size the same. So, if you are taking a 4x6 photo you will need to decrease the resolution to approximately 72dpi.

Now that I've probably made your head spin, if'n you'd like me to drop it down in size for you go ahead and email the file to harveytfish@yahoo.com and I'll send it back straight away. And post here when you do so I know to go check that.
