I've done some bass fishing in my life. Looks like the spinner is fully colored (Both sides of blade and body) with just one color (Red or Pink or Whatever). The pink worm doesn't look like a "worm" buy more like a "slug-go" on a single hook. A leech would also have good action.

Congrats on the fish. Do you sell those lures? wink

StorminN, there is this guy that has the nads and know how to try a myriad
of rubber bassy looking thangs for steelhead and 'hos, even the 'nooks - me.
I'm an avid experimenter and have been after this stuff actively for a couple
years now. I PROMISE you that you are missing out if you aren't trying a lot of
different colorful rubber 'thingies' from the "bass salad bar". There are
several ways to effectively present the stuff, but I best like putting them on
jighead hooks and float fishing them. I also take the float off and do a combo
of drift fishing them and a slow twitching retrieve with some remarkable
success at times. Cats out and running now. Rubber ain't just for bass and sex
anymore. wink Get after it!

Oh, I'm not doubting they might not work, and work well, in fact, I've tried rubber worms and crawdads myself on the Sol Duc, I just don't have a solid river fishing foundation to start with and don't put in enough time river fishing to get a good feel for what is working and what isn't... I spend too much time in the salt.

I'm sure there will be a day when I come across some guy catching steelhead with a pink banjo minnow, I just can't guarantee I won't laugh when I see it.
