Anything by Action Optics.

I prefer a wrap around style frame as it blocks at more light then any other style but lense choice is determined by avaliable light.

If you are fishing the saltwaters primarily in the winter for sea-runs and resident coho then you will want an amber lense as amber allows you to see much more in the water during low light.

If you are fishing in the summer during periods of direct sunlight go to grey as grey seems to work best when there is alot of direct sunlight on the water.

Brown is a great compromise. I myself carry 3 differnt pairs with me depending upon the light but 8 out of 10 times I wear the brown.

Brown Action Optics are what I have been using for over a year now and I wouldn't be caught without them. On the water or off.

there abit pricy but Costa del mar wave killers in blue iridium finish and a soft amber color block sun on the sunniest days and are perfect for low light as well. Actions are great but fit weird I think. For the price they want they should do a better job on there smoothing process on the molds parting line. They kind of dig and cut the top of your ears. I forget the Costas are even on! Theres none of that cheap glasses fogginess to them either!

The main thing is to have a quality pair of glasses. Costa del mar,action optics hobie, and my favorite Maui Jims. 20 dollar cheapo sunglasses ,even polarized ones, do not protect your eyes. style is based on personal preference and lense color is determined by conditions. gray is a good "all around" lense.

Action Optics makes or at least made a pair of glasses with interchangable lenses.
2 years ago I bought a pair of Maui Jim's "typhoon" glasses with gray frames. They have been excellent for me but as with all quality eyewear they are spendy.

main thing is aviod cheap glasses they do not protect your eyes! also spend the extra 3 bucks for a croakie sunglasses rarely float
