With the demise of the Storm hot n tot and Magnum hot n tot I am looking for a replacement. I could ....
1. wait for Brad Shoenborn to come out with his copies of the magnum hot n tot
2. use mud bugs
3. use this lure I found while searching around. the hellbender
What is everyone's opinion on these alternatives? I have used jet divers and they are ok but I would like to find something with the same characteristics as the old magnum hot n tot.
Has anyone used the hellbender?
Has anyone used the mud bug?

If you are looking for one to use for a diver Bob's in Longview has them. I bought one last time I was there. They are called Brad's Diver. Painted flat black and look like a Hot N Tot. They are $4.99.

I also was wondering about the mud bugs. Have heard all good things about them. Have never seen one for sale around here (everett area). Anyone know where I could cross paths with one? Anyone have an opinion about them one way or the other?

Mudbugs dive DEEP. Not too great for steelhead if ya ask me, but great for sringers.
