Help,
The transom on my little runabout is pretty much shot, rotten from one side to the other in places.
I'm looking for a lighter wieght smaller boat(14-18 foot, Aluminum would be great)with an outboard motor.
I just got a great new truck to pull it with, a smoking 2002 Tundra, but that won't get me onto some of these nice fish everybodies catching. Please help thanks.

I put this on the end of my last Point Def. post but I wanted to get it out to a few others if any one has any info that would be great.

NEN cool

I know of a place in Marysville called Can-Am Fabrication. They have about 5 aluminum sleds sitting there. They are all flat bottom. Similar to Alumawelds new Flatbottom boats. I think these are nicer looking. Also, the craftmanship at Can-Am is second to none. I have not seen as nice of work on any boat in the industry. I know they have a couple 17' and a couple 19' still left. If you are interested call 360-653-2245 and ask for Monte.

AJ - Either they moved them or sold them because I just looked (I'm right across the street) and didn't see any boats out there.

They keep the boats inside on a big rack. They don't set them outside very often. I was there yesterday and can assure you they are there. By the way, they are very reasonably priced compared to other boats on the market.
