Fishing is slow for everything right now. There are a good number of silvers in the Sol Duc now but not biteing well. Decent numbers of steelhead in the Clawah but not biteing well. Not a ton of Sea Runs around eather. Ive actually been skunked a couple times lately with my bug rod.

Hoh has been the lowest ive seen for such a long period of time and early to. some fish in here ive heard but I havent been down for a few weeks.

I spotted some nice cumulus thundercaps over the east side of the Oly Mountains tonight from Seattle. Beautiful sight around 5:00. Being as big as they were I would think there would have been rain at least up on the headwaters of the Duc and Hoh.

We missed the rain in Forks. frown But a freind and I went down to the Hoh. I rained hard down there off and on in short spurts. I took my seven weight trying to get a steelie on the fly rod but instead went to battle with a 35# nookie on my third cast. After a 15 minute battle I brought her in and took a couple of pics before aI set her loose. laugh
