It's been months since I've hooked a decent fish and I was wondering which local river I'll have best chances at. I don't care if it's chum, coho or steelhead, I just want to catch something. My main 3 are the Sky, Snoqualmie and Green. Haven't had any luck in the first two so I've been thinking about targeting the coho in the Green, but was wondering how it's been with this low water. Also, are they any good for eating or are they pretty dark by now?

Ya, the silvers in the Green are hit and miss. Depending where you fish for them in the river will determine how dark they are. There's a ton of them by Hwy 18, they will be dark though.

The Stilly has been producing for my son and I lately. Son pulled out a 11lb steely (non-clipped) on the south fork two weekends ago. This last weekend we caught a small steely on the south fork, and a couple of silvers on the lower river above Stanwood. Can't keep anything on the lower river (except hatchery steelhead and chum), but they are fun to catch.
