Am working 4 10's with Wednesday's off (for you know what). Am headed out in the morn to hit some of the North Oly Pen Rivers...possibly the Hoko, Clallam, Pysht, Lyre, or Elwha. Might be slow going out there as it looks like a freeze tonight, so would appreciate any tips from well-wishers. Good luck. I have been pouding teh Lyre for a month and it has been VERY slow. The Hoko is about the same. The Lyre below the bridge isn't open except on even day, so you are limited to the park and up. I have decided to give them a pass until I hear better reports, more than a fish or two on the whole river Watch out for the Ice on th way out there and let us know how you do. Check your mail I will send you another option.
