Just a Thought? Why is it not common or productive to fish the lower green for steelhead. Some of the areas we fish for summer Coho, southcenter, Tukwilla, Boeing bridge,etc, have some decent looking steelhead water. Every fish wild and hatchery have to go right by all those spots, and they would be in chrome bright condition. Just Wondering?????

because the lower green has been channelized and all the bankside cover has been removed due to development and there are no areas for them to hold and rest, they just shoot right up to the middle river.

it makes for ok plunking water if you bring a good book.
