Had a bad night at Pt. Defiance today. Right off the bat I ran a hook through my thumb before I could pinch the barb down. Owwww!!!! Then the battery platform busted with the boat pounding against the wake heading to Pt. Dalico. Later infront of the Slag Pile, kept moving due to lack of fish, the starter rope for the motor would not recoil back into the motor. My dad and I had to take turns rowing against the current before sumeone could tow us in. We had to cut the day short befor the evening bite!!! Saw no fish caught, besides dog fish, and lost a ling at the boat. At least we found all the problems before we go to Sekiu in a coupls weeks.

I feel guilty...
