Anyone know of a salmon smokehouse in Seattle? My living arrangements prohibit me from making my own. I used to know a guy I would give the fish to and he would keep half and give me the other half smoked & vac packed. That was in AK. Would love to find a deal like that in Seattle.

Thanks for that. Found an article on them, looks like they do it for $2.60 per pound, at least in 1998 they did. I'm going to run some fish over tomorrow!

Side off, can you have a grill at your house/appt get one of the stand up charrcole
grills they have 2 racks a water container and a temp gage in the lid. instead of placing charrcole in it put a single burner that you can get a wal-mart for 8 bucks, stop by any thrift store and get a alluminum pan (non teflon)I like the ones that come in boyscout camping cook sets. put chips in it and smoke away, its not ugly, big, or expensive. youc can do 2 fish at a time, and it even has a access door to reload fresh chips

Caveman kitchen in kent does a good job smoking fish.Im not sure what they charge.It use to be $1 per pound but that was a long time ago.
