We will be targeting silvers from possesion, maybe PnP, and/or Edmonds-north. Any recent news of these areas? We will be in the "party barge" up there Friday-Sunday, give GutZ or ratherbfishin a shout on 68 if you are up that way.

Last I went out was last weekend for the Edmonds Derby. We fished the whole bar with no results, and then got 6 fish once we moved over to Point no point. That was just for that morning though, I bet they are thick out there now. Get out there and bonk those bruisers!

I would join ya but I will be fishing Deception pass area this weekend.

Dont stay in one place very long if you are not catching fish...

They are moving thru pretty fast right now. once you find them you should have no problems however...

I dont fish the possesion side but I do the point no point side... have had great results!

Fished Possesion Sound yesterday from Mukultio to Possesion Point including the Horseshoe hole (kinda lumpy but fishable) Only three fish to show for the trip, 2 humpies and 1 blackmouth all caught on spoons(80 - 100ft down). Silver schools are scattered on the east side. I'd stick to the west side of the bar if your looking for silvers. Might see you out there this weekend!

Thanks for the report Chaser. Last weekend I got a 12 lb hooknose about 1/2 way down to the shipwreck, fairly close to shore and (2) humpies just before the 4pm tide change. I'll probably give it another try this Saturday.

Good reports! I have never fished PnP before, except off the shore back when I was boatless.

I think we will fish the west bar and then over to PnP. SkyGuy good luck, we can hookup later, hopefully will be good for silvers through oct.

Fished today at Possesion, no luck. Went farther west to just below bush Pt. found a big school of Silvers at 80 feet. Limit out with Hotspot and Squid and strip of Herring at 80 feet. Trolled fast. Great weather. Good luck.

Swami, thanks for the report. Sounds like the coho are mostly west and PnP. I'll report what we find Monday.

Stopped at the Everett Boat Ramp yesterday at noon. The fishchecker had checked in 8 humpies and 33 silvers. Biggest was 14.5 pounds and most were coming from area 9 she said.

Got six today for three people. Most were caught on a green flasher and a spoon with prism tape on one side. Caught em between Jeff Head and PNP.

Three of us fished this morning. 5 silvers and 1 pink. 4 of the silvers caught between 7 and 8am.

PNP this morning - Lotsa bait, dogfish, seals and porpoise. Didn't see any nets out either.

Started at Humpie Hollow this morning and worked our way south. C&R'd a 12lb king right off the bat @ 25'. Worked our way towards the bait box and hit three fish which came unbuutoned. Headed further south and found schools of fish about a mile east of the green can at Possesion. Hit three more fish there on coyotes at 85' which also came unbuttoned. Yesterday went out by myself and C&R'd 2 humpies and a small shaker and nailed an 8lb & 4lb silver about a quarter mile S.E. of the yellow can near Double bluff.

Went back out tonight and got a 9 lb'er for my 4 year old. He was pissed that I wouldn't let go of the rod.....it's a lami son I have to hold on to it.

We got two residents off the north east end of Possession this morning, then worked off the shipwreck. Lost a couple there, saw schools of what looked like silvers (too big to be pinks) finning right under the surface.

FIsh checker at Everett had about 140 fish for 95 boats when we checked out at 3:30.

Sounds like everyone saw some action. We fished all of Possesion Saturday morning, then Indian Point, then across to PnP. Nothing but a couple of drive by's. Then went over to Edmonds and in the evening got this 13, a 8, and a couple smaller ones in front of the oil dock. Bigger fish on Green Hotspot with glow green coho killer. Fished East side of possesion again Sunday morning, a couple of misses,then back over to Edmonds and picked up a couple more. Kind of slow, buthopefully it will get hotter inthe next week or two.

Fished the 8-2 area 9 boundry again today and we limited on some 5 - 7lb silvers. released a nice sized humpie to boot. Marked a lot more schools of fish today. Some were humpies and some were silvers. They were scattered thru out the water column from 20ft down to 100ft.

I saw ya out there I think, in the "party barge", ya could'nt miss us, we had 2 porpoises following us , the whole time @ shipwreck. I called for Gutz, but no response.
I was with Bigdog, in his new Trophy.
We hit fish around scatchet during the tide change, then off to shipwreck where we hit 2.
I released one at sun-up in front of the baitbox.

I am heading out Thu., will probably stick around Edmonds, and hope for some Hooknose action.

WW we were on 68 most of the time except when we were listening to the M's blow it.

That was a sweet Coho RBF got! It looked like a Chinook coming up to the boat and then I saw that hookt nose and SCOOP!

Can't wait for 'em to show up in 10 so I am heading for SLAYQ! Join us at the COHO this weekend
