I went down to the Nisqually to fish a little bit below the Mounts road bridge. I saw a fish rolling in the shallows and I though noone saw it. Everyone was concentrating on their drifts in the middle of the river. I slowly crept through the bushes to the spot and casted out. An old guy on the bank looked over and said"you see a fish?" I said"yea!" Then he said its his fish on a leader being kept alive. Everyone laughed. Man I'm such a dumba$$.

Not saying that this is what this particular person was doing but I watched quite a few people on a couple different rivers this year tether their fish without punching them in hopes of getting a bigger ? brighter? fish. So Squating Dogfish you might not of been the stupid one after all
