He emailed me about a month ago and said that he might be coming this way to Mcleary to take a police job. Anyone know his status? I need to hit the water with my old friend....

He called me the other night and he will be in the Forks area again around the second week of November. Coming back over to do some more testing.

Hey, Justy

I dont know what Im going to do as of yet. McCleary has not offered me a job and are waiting for a levy to pass before they fill their position or do anything for that matter. I don't know if thats what I want anyways. Im more interested in going to a bigger place I think.

It is tempting to do just about anything to get back home but I need to make an educated decision and go to a place that is gonna take care of me and my family.

Im looking more along the lines of middle size departments where the money and benifits are good. Location is also important so I am looking west of I-5. I want to stay away from anything north of Olympia and east of the Puget Sound and I dont care much for the Kitsap Peninsula Either.

Id say my #1 pick is the Clallam, Jefferson County Area, #2 Grays Harbor area, #3 Cowlitz, Clark, Lewis county areas. With a few exceptions thats about the limit of the areas im interested in. Im also interested in the Pacific County area but jobs are far and few between.
