mikvin Parr Registered: 08/15/99 Posts: 66 Loc: seattle wa	Here is what I know. Total of 100 boats. All boats must start at Roche Harbor. Canon start at 7:30 am. All boats must check in back at Roche by 5:00 pm. Dinner both nights with no-host bar. Breakfast and coffee available each morning starting at 6am. The boundaries are tight only western San Juans but not outside(middle bank, salmon bank).
