I have owned a set of toggs for over a year. Got them out of bass pro shops. Check their catolog or cabela's or even try taking a look on ebay. For the money they are hard to beat. And they are compact enough where if it stops raining you can put em in your pack or whatever and hardly know they are there!

I've had the same Frog Toggs for over three years now and the only problem I've had (and it's only been recently) is that the wrist area seems to soak up water after a while. Aside from that, I highly recommend them. As well as keeping you dry, they keep the wind off you too. Very comfortable and very convenient.
