what the deal wit the big drop on the Cow? I didn't think they could drop it that much in one day. they have taken it down almost 5k and still falling. it will probably run back up by morning!! and really have the fishing screwed up this weekend. that ok I am going to go look for some of them late silver in another river.

It's called saving money (water is money to Tacoma)

No one is using power on weekends because no one is working! No need for generating power

Tilton River flows into Mayfield are only 1500 cfs

River flow going into Riffle are only 3220 cfs

Total = 4720 ….Tacoma saving big bucks!!!

Tacoma needs much power that week for big parties! Need much power at very high dollar cost to their customers!

YA I understand about the $$$$ but I wasn't sure if that was legal to make that big of change in the flows. but I know with the new agreements thye can probably get away with murder now.
