Does anyone know if the river is passable from the campground down as a result of this winters high water? Are there any log jams that block most or all of the river? TIA

I heard of a log jam downstream from the campground that is impassable. I have not seen it. I think you can take the putin below it and fish the lower drift. I haven't been up there yet so that is all I have, hope it helps.

The Campground to Streaters drift is currently closed. A couple of boats were lost early in the season. The drift from Streater's crossing to Hartzel is open, as is Hartzel to the Clearwater bridge.
