So, with Neah Bay shut-down for 'Buts, the Tulalip Bubble a couple of weeks from opening... what's a guy to do?
I've heard-tell of Sturgeon in the Snohomish River... or is it just another one of those 'Fishing and Hunting Lies'???
Does anyone have any info they'd be willing to share? Like maybe areas these little things might tend to congregate? Choices on Bait? Tactics? Am I asking too many questions yet?

It is getting close to the time for searching for the Snohomish gators, but since the river is running fairly high and cold, you might try fishing down at the mouth. Once it warms up, the Stilly can also be a good bet. When that happens, I like to fish the sloughs (Ebby and Steamboat). Hope this helps.

I had good luck one day at the mouth of ebby slough a few months ago. do a search and you will find a long post about it. in short hit the flats across from the houses on the prist point on the bottom of a out going tide with smelt if you can get it and sand shrimp if you can not.
