John F. Kerry Must Resign

John Kerry has a long and well-documented history of providing "aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of war -- particularly in the case of North Vietnam. By his own account, Kerry violated the UCMJ, the Geneva Conventions and the U.S. Code while serving as a Navy officer, and he further stands in violation of Article three, Section three of the U.S. Constitution which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare. Thus, in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," We, the People of the United States, demand that Kerry resign his seat in the Senate.

3. Lt. Kerry lied under oath against fellow soldiers before the US Senate about crimes committed in Vietnam.

4. Lt. Kerry admitted to being a war criminal on national television, and condemned the military and the USA.

5. Lt. Kerry met with NVA and Vietcong communist leaders in Paris, in direct violation of the UCMJ and the U.S. Constitution.

Gh, Didn't you hear? Rather was repoting that on the next 60min show. He has got some very reliable info. A guy who said he once drove by area 51 thinks he might of saw someone who heard that someone else looking like he coulda been bush was abducted. Any, it's a fact. Just watch the show. He even has some authentic paper work stating these facts. An unamed source, I heard he was a little green man, dropped these docs off to Rather and Rather who has used this source before considers him to be truthfull, even though he is green. And, because it will be reported by Dan, you should console with Lead thrower he will believe this to all be true.. Right LT. You still waiting for the doc's to be proved wrong... :rolleyes: :p
