Irie: The amendment you site was NEVER RATIFIED. The link you posted is NON-SPECIFIC,and does not say what you think it does.
"26 USC Chap. 75, Sec. 7203. Willful failure to file return, supply information, or pay tax
-STATUTE- Any person required under this title to pay any estimated tax or tax, or required by this title or by regulations made under authority thereof to make a return, keep any records, or supply any information, who willfully fails to pay such estimated tax or tax, make such return, keep such records, or supply such information, at the time or times required by law or regulations, shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a misdemeanor"
No person fits the above "requirement" unless he/she signs a "contract" agreeing to.

hohbomb don't waste your time. It's amazing how these threads can get side railed with stuff that blocks a proper discussion of the subject ( N A U ! ) of the thread. A great percentage of the time, it's the loud and nauseous, elitist liberal , or and equally loud and nauseous, KKK card holder , that's the culprits. Some need to take the cotton out of their ears, and put it in their mouth.

What are thoughts on the N A U, or the Federal Reserve? Any thoughts on that? Anybody? Any comments on the movie, other than the empty U F O, Or conspiracy theory response? I would love to hear more feed back related to the title of the thread, or the movie by people who actually cared enough to watch it, instead of blindly farting out comments, that sabotages the thread.

Oh look. Mr. Conspiracy theory himself, slinging some crap.
Hey, if the shoe fits....... I didn't ask you the pick that shoe up. BTW, I am comfortable in my own shoe's and rich enough to own them. If I see a turd and it smells like a turd, I will call it that. That's what I do when I post to a thread. I'm not afraid to let the chips fall where they may. That's just me, and I have no fear for it's a part of my spirituality.

I'm sorry to say it Salmo, but that kind of attitude is exactly what these people bank on. Ignorance is bliss, right?
So go flip on some sports on TV, and eat a twinkie, and take a nap. We'll let ya know when it really hits the fan and it's to late for anyone to do anything about these people....
My intent was to bring awareness of these problems to you all if you didnt already know what was going on. It upsets me when I hear that you choose to ignore the message instead of taking some time to learn and form your own opinion...

What's wrong there JLH? Are you frustrated that most people ignored this topic when you brought it up a few months ago? Maybe some of us have come to the conclusion that there are actually REAL issues that need to be addressed and debating these conspiracies is a WASTE OF TIME. It doesn't frustrate me at all that people are free to post to which ever topics they wish. Man you sure have it wrong. We all post to the topics of our choice. That's freedom!!!! You chime in on this thread without adding anything that contributes to the topic, but..... Conspiracy theory!, Waste of Time!.. crap. What are you, the thread farmer that cultivates the topics that we can post to? If Aunty doesn't participate, then it a waste of my time. Is that what adult members of this group do? I could give a rat's behind which threads others post to. I chose to post freely to the threads I chose, and not because a clique controls me. That's why I suggested, that those that didn't have anything to add but conspiracy theory, or waste of time, to click on another topic, because it adds nothing. A popular one is the "I got so drunk thread," and that's cool. I didn't post to it, and some others, because I had nothing to add. You post to this one, do you care to add anything? BTW, I never posted this topic, and you should get your facts straight before putting it out there, for the purpose of leading others to have a prejudice towards me or my post. What if I tell everyone that Aunty is lying, and use this as an example? Of course I wouldn't do that, because it might plant a seed that suggest that Aunty tells lies. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but the World is not in a tight Orbit around your but% hole. N A U?

Sky-guy,
Seriously, I'm not disinterested. And I rarely watch sports TV, never eat Twinkies, but do admit to a good nap now and then. I've never found ignorance bliss BTW. However, I can barely watch a 5 minute U-tube video on my computer; a 2 hour movie doesn't have a chance. At this point I'm interested enough to read an Executive Summary and see if I'd want to read the book, but movies on the computer don't work for me yet.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a Constitutional supporter, and had I been there at the time, would have joined the Sons of Liberty in a heartbeat. It's just that at my age now, I'm not exactly in my best shape to be starting a revolution. But I could lend whatever support I'm able however. Hey - who's that knocking at my door? What'dya' mean you read about my revolution conspiracy on the internet? Whhoops, see ya' Sky-guy. Apparently you're right! They're coming to take us away, and that dam* Hankster and Fishpinner don't see a problem with it.

Good enough for ya JLH ? Is that comment for me or Aunty? I would assume that you are responding to the thread, as it's not about me. All I ask was for respect for the thread. But then again, I understand,... and know where you're coming from.

PS: I don't chew and I'm NOT wearing camo. WTF are you smoking?? Ratified February 1913. The resolution proposing the Sixteenth Amendment was passed by the Sixty-first Congress and submitted to legislatures of the several states on July 12, 1909. Support for the income tax was strongest in the western states, and opposition was strongest in the northeastern states.[16] The governor of New York, Charles Evans Hughes, who a few years later became a Supreme Court justice, opposed the income tax amendment because he believed "from whatever source derived" implied that passage would confer the federal government with the power to tax state and municipal bonds and thus excessively centralize government power.[17] The presidential election of 1912 was contested between three advocates of an income tax.[18] On February 25, 1913, the Secretary of State Philander Knox proclaimed that the amendment had been ratified by the necessary three-quarters of the states, and thus had become part of the Constitution. An income tax, the Revenue Act of 1913 was shortly passed by Congress. According to the United States Government Printing Office, the following states ratified the amendment:[19] Alabama (August 10, 1909) Kentucky (February 8, 1910) South Carolina (February 19, 1910) Illinois (March 1, 1910) Mississippi (March 7, 1910) Oklahoma (March 10, 1910) Maryland (April 8, 1910) Georgia (August 3, 1910) Texas (August 16, 1910) Ohio (January 19, 1911) Idaho (January 20, 1911) Oregon (January 23, 1911) Washington (January 26, 1911) Montana (January 27, 1911) Indiana (January 30, 1911) California (January 31, 1911) Nevada (January 31, 1911) South Dakota (February 1, 1911) Nebraska (February 9, 1911) North Carolina (February 11, 1911) Colorado (February 15, 1911) North Dakota (February 17, 1911) Michigan (February 23, 1911) Iowa (February 24, 1911) Kansas (March 2, 1911) Missouri (March 16, 1911) Maine (March 31, 1911) Tennessee (April 7, 1911) Arkansas (April 22, 1911, after having previously rejected the amendment) Wisconsin (May 16, 1911) New York (July 12, 1911) Arizona (April 3, 1912) Minnesota (June 11, 1912) Louisiana (June 28, 1912) West Virginia (January 31, 1913) New Mexico (February 3, 1913) Ratification (by the requisite thirty-six states) was completed on February 3, 1913 with the ratification by New Mexico (but see Delaware and Wyoming below). The amendment was subsequently ratified by the following states, bringing the total number of ratifying states to forty-two of the forty-eight then existing: 37. Delaware (February 3, 1913) 38. Wyoming (February 3, 1913) 39. New Jersey (February 4, 1913) 40. Vermont (February 19, 1913) 41. Massachusetts (March 4, 1913) 42. New Hampshire (March 7, 1913, after rejecting the amendment on March 2, 1911)
AGAIN. In black & White with a nifty red border. Head in the sand indeed.

Philander Knox, Sec of State, 1909-1913, the Taft Administration, proclaimed the 16th amendment to be ratified just a few days before he left office in 1913 (the same year the FEDERAL RESERVE was chartered as a corporation), to make way for the Wilson administration, even though he knew it had not been legally ratified. Philander Knox had for many years been the primary attorney for the richest men in America, including Carnegie, Rockefeller, Morgan, the Vanderbilts, the Mellons, and others. He had created for them the largest cartel in the world, then was appointed, at their request, as the Attorney General in the McKinley/Roosevelt administrations, where he refused to enforce the Sherman anti-trust laws against the cartel he had just created. The income tax amendment was pushed through Congress in 1909 by Sen Nelson Aldrich, father-in-law of John D Rockefeller Jr, and grandfather and namesake of Nelson A Rockefeller, and would not have been ratified if Knox had not fraudulently proclaimed it so.
