Saw an interesting show on either TDC or THC last week on the man, maybe it was PBS. Interesting story.

Todd Statutes of Limitations. http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9A.04.080You otter know that. I could hypothetically speak openly about getting wasted on PCP and hijacking a schoool bus if I so wanted, as long as the 7 year period had lapsed between the actual said event and the filing of charges, seeings how I never caused any death or injury. However, with the recent release of "Grand Theft Auto IV," It looks like a great many persons & businesses in Washington State are in deep sh*t: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9.91.180"RCW 9.91.180 Violent video or computer games. (1) A person who sells, rents, or permits to be sold or rented, any video or computer game they know to be a violent video or computer game to any minor has committed a class 1 civil infraction as provided in RCW 7.80.120. (2) "Minor" means a person under seventeen years of age. (3) "Person" means a retailer engaged in the business of selling or renting video or computer games including any individual, partnership, corporation, or association who is subject to the tax on retailers under RCW 82.04.250. (4) "Violent video or computer game" means a video or computer game that contains realistic or photographic-like depictions of aggressive conflict in which the player kills, injures, or otherwise causes physical harm to a human form in the game who is depicted, by dress or other recognizable symbols, as a public law enforcement officer. LSD.
Now that's something I'll never, ever, ever do again. And don't worry about it, LSD doesn't "fry" your brain cells. LSD, while an extremely powerful drug, is very benign at the physiological level. If you've ever gotten drunk (hah!) you've done far worse to your body than with the LSD. The demonizing of so many drugs is all just propoganda to keep people on the "safe" booze and tobacco train.

Weirdest: Village of Toko-ri in So Korea Hardest: Bank of the Nisqually river near the tank crossing Next: Never. 7 years ago was the PCP School Bus Hijacking I had just found out my wife was preggers. Happens to the best of us. The LSD was more like at least 15 years back. Hardest: Spelunking a mile underground. Didn't need flashlights. My helmet & headlamp are prolly still in there.

Pacific Crest trail...sleeping out under the stars..."what the heck is that?" shine the flashlight on my bag and see literally a hundred field mice all over me, in the dried food, etc. turn the light off and continue the trip.

Back in High School this guy ate a whole page of blotter. Now I see him occasionally on the streets of Olympia in a skirt & heels talking to himself. Some others end up as hermits living in Teepees up in the mountains. I guess it just depends on the person.
