I love the Red Wings but you're starting to sound like a f'n Red Sox fan. Nothing more annoying than a 'Sox fan!

My brother is flying from SF to Detroit today to watch the game.....I'm jealous.
The only negative to the Wings winning tonight will be the overturned police cars that are on fire.
I saw the Tigers win the World Series back in the 80's and the scene after the game made a big impression on me. I left Detroit in 87 and certainly don't regret it.

Cool, maybe its the red. Its nice to have that winning feeling when you have been a Seattle sports fan your whole life. My allegiance lies with Seattle teams first (birth place). Detroit teams are second (lived there 11 years). Since there is no NHL in Seattle, the Wings are my team.
