The news reported that Palin has been staying with the McCains intensivly training for the debate. Does anyone think this will help her chances at winning the debate against Biden? Todd? KK?

They'll coach her not to put her finger up to the ear piece she's been fitted with when she's waiting for the correct response.

If she is really staying with the McCains, it has to be a barometer of how little they know about each other's policy. Not really a good sign. Just you saying that makes me lower my opinion of how she will do. I think she probably could do ok in a debate if it were her policies at hand, but trying to nail down what McCain believes and what their combined position is could really hurt them.

This debate is going to be a joke anyways, no follow up questions. It's just going to be drawn out talking points already memorized and practiced a thousand times over. Get a decent parrot with a big vocabulary and it would be able to hang in this debate. Why the Democrats agreed to this format is beyond me, big mistake on their part in my opinion.
