I thought the 9ers had figured out a way to pull it off. . .. right up to the last few seconds, damn. Hope the Pack has better luck Monday night ! !

Even with those bright green jerseys Seneca still couldn't hit the receiver in the chest.

What a damn disappointment. They really just need to get healthy. They are missing so many starters it is like showing up to the baseball game with nine men. Just barely enough to play.

They had some players play really nice games yesterday. That is the biggest disappointment. Julius Jones ran hard, and it was taking 3 guys to drop him. Nate B continues to show that he is the real gamer in our receiver corps. David Hawethorne, 3rd start ever, 16 tackles, and an INT.
There was a lot of positives for the Hawks, all the mental f-ups in the 3rd wrecked the game.

Why??? The guy has had a great career and misses a couple kicks and we need a new kicker? Olindo's kickoffs almost always end up in the back of the end zone, that last hack (Josh Brown) rarely saw the end zone with his kick offs. I think the Hawks will be fine once they get some of those 8 starters back, well, as long as they can avoid other injuries.

Yea the Hawks left a lot of points out on the field. Missed field goals and several times Seneca threw over the reciever. He was rushed and had to throw off his back foot. The Bears had a hell of a pass rush against that banged up O-line. The new lineman Brandon Frye tore his groin in the first half, got taped up and played the second half. Thats one tough dude.

I was an Olindo Mare fan for years and years. He had an outstanding career in Miami, and has had been pretty good for the most part here. But home skillet is getting up there in the years for a football career. Might be time to hang up the cleet and soccer shoe and find someone new for that job next year. That is not true about Josh Brown. It always found the endzone. It was just in front of the uprights sometimes.

Those uniforms were just for that one game.

Good news for the NFC west though. Gore is out for awhile and makes the first place whiners vulnarable. Still just one game out of first place.
I did not mind the puke green unies. It was something new and not permanent.
