2009 17' Thor-built jet sled $21,500, 90/65 mercury pump, minnkota traxxis 80lb 24v electric motor, Tricker single-wheel galvanized trailer, boat has single tackle trays, fish box and dual storage in the floors, front storage with 24v charging system, wash-down pump, anchor nest with Dierks bow roller cleat and 30lb pyramid anchor with 75' of line, trailer has load guides and UHMW bunks with fully sealed lights all around, trolling motor has about 5hrs of use on it during free drifting and has never hit anything. Boat has no dings or dents as it is like new, engine has 100hrs on it and runs exceptionally, the hull itself has about 10hrs on it. This is the ultimate free-drifting boat designed by someone with 25yrs experience as a guide. You will not find a better handling boat out there and this one will save you about 3,000 over the cost of buying "new". Lucky new owner gets first dibs on all my steelhead gear and may even get our brand new Beckman pen-net if you are nice. I cannot get over the hump on fishing for anything other than hatchery fish and we have just decided to not have a boat like this. I will give PP'ers a deal Isaac

Stunning boat.
Would love to have it, but I blew all the money I didn't have for the next 10 years on my house.

in short, until I see some big steps being taken to save the wild fish I am not going to fish the rivers where the wild fish are. Hatchery fish don't do the same thing for me as the wild fish do and fishing the Cowlitz gets WAY too crowded at times. We will probably still fish the Cowlitz a couple times a year with Sexton or Norbeck but out of their boats. Isaac

am I doing something wrong or what? This boat had 7 buyers lined up and we managed to sneak in there first. Where have all the buyers gone?

Hatchery fish and Wild fish fight the same! The hatchery fish generally come early, and average 6-10lbs, the natives come later and usually run larger. Everyone always think that natives fight better, but they are just a larger average sized fish. I have had many days where I have caught 5-10 steel of both hatch and nates winter and summer. I find absolutly no difference in the fight between the two. Don't put down hatchery's too much or 1 day we wont have anything to fish for!

Hatchery fish and wild fish are not the same. Wild fish were there first and inherently more valuable to me (just my opinion) than a brat.

I don't have the balls or the sea-legs to take it out on any big water

bass boat picked out and ready to be purchased, need to move this bad boy to a new home! Will throw in all my steelhead gear, which doesn't amount to a whole bunch but you get two rods (one custom batson XST and a lamiglass G1000) and about 150 dollars or more worth of tackle like spinners and spoons and shtuff. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors! Isaac

Isaac, it looks like I may have a buyer for my boat. We are pretty close to making a deal. I'll keep you posted.
