2000 Dodge Ram 2500, 24V Cummins Diesel 4X4. Laramie/SLT, Black w/Gray interior. PW,PL, 5 speed manual transmission, long bed, Quad Cab. Not one problem outside of normal wear. Had to replace the U-Joints once and brakes at normal intervals. Its been a great rig, and will continue to be for a long time. I am changing rigs for a 1 ton dually so I can add a camper to the fishing arsenal. No more tenting. That coupled with the boat is too much for a ¾ ton truck. 20MPG. this has been my commuter from Rainier to Auburn and back each day. Runs like a champ. Original clutch is still in the vehicle, after 187,000 there is going to be a new clutch installed this weekend, before I sell the truck.
There is a dent in the driver side of the bed, and the gas gauge doesn’t work. Discounted $1000 from NADA value for the two defects to compensate the buyer, although neither alters performance of the vehicle. .
