This is truly a fire sale. My boat burned down in the Gig Harbor Marina fire.

I managed to save my motors - at least what was left of them. I have a 1991 115 HP Johnson V-4 lower unit and a 2004 8 HP Honda. The lower unit of the Honda is in good shape and the top is fried.

I only saved the lower unit of the 115 Johnson and it is in great condition. I replaced the water pump and put new gear lube oil in just 4 weeks ago.

It does not run - I think the lower unit is in excellent condition, it only had 15-20 hours on it. But now it is just a motor for parts.
