the 40 is a 40 then pumped, oldie but like new no BS 130#comp both holes, 1964 super quite motor pumped, watch the vids of it run, runs like a swiss watch. its on the Hewes if you want to demo it before buying, bottom dollar is 1200 firm on it.

I have a really nasty 65hp Merc then pumped, 1966, this was Cowlitz Kids old motor, someone rebuilt it at one time, has 150# comp all holes, carbs serviced, tuned by one of the best Merc mechanics around, sounds wicked..just cackles.

with controls $3000, tiller handle more $$$


Then I have a 115hp Johnson, same deal tight low motor, 1975, 120# comp all holes, carbs serviced runs awsome.
- with controls/prop drive $2500, + Jet $500 + tiller handle $400
