Yep..it's true. The "Ifishdizzy" is up for sale. It's time to sell BOTH my boats and my '83 Chev. 4X4 and put it together for the purchase later of a new multi-purpose sled.

Here's the dope on the Clacka:

2005 - Salmon/Steehead Guide Model
Super Clean - Inside and out.
Flat Floors front and Rear
16' Centerline (stem to stern) length
57" across the bottom and 83" across the gunwales
Bottom in superb condition for a used boat
Storage under both the rowers bench and the passenger seat.
Foot release anchor system w/35# pyramid anchor and 75' of anchor rope
9 1/2 Carlisle Composite style oars with replaceable blades
3 Folbe Rod Holders (mounted) and 1 Fish-On rod holder
Includes full travelling/storage cover.
Adams Custom painted trailer in excellent condition.

If this is to be your first drift boat, I would be happy to show you the basics of handling a drift boat, including a couple "maiden" trips
on the Skagit or a local small lake to help you get started off on the right foot.

There are a TON more pics and info to be seen at:

http://www.delblackassociates.com/driftboat.htm

Asking $5500 OBO. I am pretty firm on this price, however, considering the boats condition, add on's and it has lived 99% of it's life INSIDE my garage (the Tundra sleeps outside so the boat stays in!)

Drop me a PM here or E-mail to:

Concretebooks@verizon.net

Feel free to ask questions, as you can never get enough info in an ad like this.

Craig,

Wish I didn't need to, but I don't have the resources to buy a sled unless the $ from the DB is involved. Kinda sucks, I know, but I don't see any other way to do it. (I don't do payments on recreational equip.)

Anyway, no "bites" of consequence yet, so it may be I wind up with it for another year. I'm pretty firm on price, and folks like the "deep deal" on a used boat...not gonna happen here.

Been on 3 boards for several weeks...time to try something else if no one is interested. Craig's list, maybe.

Is the price that way out of line? I don't think so...as this boat is in excellent condition and loaded with Fish Mojo!

No real bites...just one "drive by" that showed little interest at any kind of fair price.

Coho season is coming..fast...so the heck with this trying to sell my boat stuff...I'll keep it for another year and maybe try again next Spring.

Sure did want that sled for this season...NOT to be.

It's a fly-guy boat.

Get the word out in Ellensburg or Montana.

Most people around here either go Willy, or just don't go at all.

(or so I'm told!) wink

Mike,

That price was more than fair. I'm not sure everyone understands what they're getting for the money with a clacka (a lot!).

Good luck,

Thanks CraigO and BigTJ....I most likely will be.

Parker: this is a gear fishermans boat..not set up for fly fishing. Most of Clacka's fly boats that are sold east of the mtn's are the "low-side" style with the flydude bracing in the back.

The SSGM is made for pulling plugs and side drifting.

Anyone know where I can find a 74# thrust MinnKota?
