is there a place to stay at big lake or are there camping spots available for big lake and does anyone have a phone number and a contact where I can call

I was up there early this summer. The resort is under new management. Unfortunately I don't have any contact info to give you. I think it is still called Big Lake Resort. You could give the telephone information a try, they may have it under that listing. Good luck.

Whitedoger. There is a public boat launch on the West side of the lake and right above the launch across the road I think there is a camp ground. It's been a few years since I've been up there so my memory is not to clear on the campground. But the launch is a good one. Jim S. "so much water---so little time"
