My resolution is to stop being so nice to people here on the Dark Side, and start letting it rip when I am having a "discussion" with the knuckleheads...been getting too soft in my old age smile

Fish on...

We could share half a brain...and still whoop your sorry ass in any intellectual contest...with half of the half brain tied behind our backs.

Fish on...

This supposed to be friendly banter in here, nobody should even have to tell you that family is off limits. Have some class.

Getting back on the bike, plus some strength training. Aiming to be in 40-yr old fishing trim by summer, ya' know, run circles around Todd and Stam, that sort of thing . . .

Help the economy rebound by spending some duckets @ the VU or establishments of the same nature, snap more pictures of fatty elk and deer, and snap off less fatty fish, see live 3 of my favorite bands all hailing out of Califorinia, Dredg, Deftones, and Tool, after football season spend as much time possible on the riviera with metal ringing in my ears and bent metal fluttering in the seams and pockets, reach out to family, friends and strangers & help make both their lives and mine as rich as possible, & most importantly be thankful for the Men and Women in the Armed Forces who sacrifice their life & their Families who sacrifice peace of mind so the soil I stand on is Free of tyranny, oppression, and evil.

I set a bunch of goals last year regarding different sports and I only acheived two of them (2 different kinds of aerial 180s on a wakeboard, and sub 42 minute 10k). It was due to spending too much time working on my house remodel and not enough playing.

This year I am keeping it simple. My resolution is to maintain calm and peaceful mind, and to never let my default setting (me first) override the necessary perspective to maintain that calm and peaceful mind.

Hmmm, I see Stam breakin' a sweat from moonshine and tropical climates, and none from any hill work. I may need to rethink this. Oh, that age spread. Dang!

I see what ya' mean Chuck. But did you notice Stam's training regimen for staying in shape? No wonder Stam is a . . . legend!

I'll tell you like I told Salmosalar, family insults are off limits. That's an unwritten rule everywhere, and nobody should have to remind you of that Gramps. I'm here voluntarily, rip on me all you want, but have respect when it comes to anyones family..

I wouldn't change a thing. Cept maybe more time for more fun. It took to waaaaay to long to get it right, but I have things dialed in just the way I always wanted now.

Get back in hiking shape before the end of summer. Last likely chance at Alaska range Dall before the family moves back to the lower 48. Need one more for the wall.
