I've been trying to track down a map and info on the Columbia and have had a bit of a confusing time. It seems that the river has so many areas that i can only find disjointed parts and can't figure out whats where. If someone could direct me or atleast list the dams in order from the mouth up it would be great. I'm hoping to find productive walleye areas. Any suggestions?

I have never fished for walleye in the big river. From what I have read, you may want to start at Bonneville Dam and work your way up stream. The farther up stream you go, into eastern WA, the better. I have had guys tell my about monster walleye at Vantage, where I-90 crosses over the river.

Fishing & Hunting News is alway doing write ups about fishing for walleye in the big river. F&H News will often times have maps too. Pick up a copy at your local news stand.

Follow the link below.....it shows all the dams on the Columbia and Snake Rivers. As Easy Limits noted F&H News often has info on Walleye fishing on the Columbia. Finally, if you head to the Columbia in Eastern part of the state, Potholes is not much farther and has excellent walleye fishing (see WashingtonLakes website).
