I took my daughter, Ally to fish Lake Stevens for Kokanee this afternoon. We were on the water from 1pm-5:30pm. Overall it was slow catching. I got 1 to the boat and lost 2, Ally got 3 to the boat and lost 1.

All were caught between 25-35 feet deep. Ally's rod had a Sling Blade dodger with a red Koke-a-Nut lure tipped with white shoepeg corn and I was using a blue wedding ring tipped with corn behind a small hammered dodger.

The smallest fish was 12 inches and the biggest was 15 inches.

Nice fish.....my friend has been limiting often fishing the same area that you have shown.

However, he trolls 55 feet deep using a Silver Horde 50/50 Kokane Dodger, 22" leader tied to a size 8 "k fly" tipped with white shoepeg corn. He fishes from a 14' Greger, week days only.

Put in your time and you'll start getting some
17 and 18 incher's.
