Never had any luck myself. Have you looked over the archived reports? I think there are a couple reports on lake Samm kings there.

good luck!

I was out this morning. Lots of fish jumping, and on my underwater cam. way cool! One guy caught two "little green things" was all I could get out of him. Eli Ricco, a local guide said to use coyote spoons or herring off a downrigger. I have only caught one on a kwikfish, my foather once got one on herring. Go before we get alot of rain.

The drill on Lk. Wash. used to be jigging small jigs at schools of fish near the creek mouth. First light was the best time.
You might try that.

Isn't the mouth of the creek closed waters for salmon?

Seems like every year there are snaggers sitting on tops of the schools in their boats 'jigging' for them (ripping through the schools) and some bankies doing it too.

Find the coldest water you can and troll the usual suspects right through the middle of them. They are boots BTW. There is a big deep trough almost in the middle of the lake on the Issaquah end. If you have a good fish finder you can find large scholls hanging on the bottom.
