I have a Penn 109 and a 209, both in excellent condition and both with drags that have become difficult to adjust.

Anyone know of someone who can repair these reels?

Try the "Antique Angler" in Sumner. He has a lot of spare parts and stuff for old reels. BUT it may not be worth the cost. I have a couple of old Penn's that cost more then their worth compared to buying a new reel. But they may just need a good cleaning.
