Just thought I'd share this as others might experience this in the future while accessing your Good to Go account online.

Yesterday I decided to check my account balance since I've used 520 a few times lately since tolling started.
I was unable to login using my username and pin. My account was established when I got my passes for free when the Tacoma Narrows tolling came on line.

I ended up talking to a customer service rep. He said that since my account was one of the first established, it got deleted when the state acquired new servers. I asked why they simply wouldn't have migrated my account to the new system? He said he didn't know or have an answer for that.

So if you have an older account and aren't able to login, you'll need to re-establish your account with a new username and pin number.
Your available balance will still be there once you re-establish your account.

I had twenty "violations" since my original account was established. It was explained to me that even though all of them occurred almost a year ago and the credit card that was supposed to "re-up" failed because the date on the credit card had expired not to mention I had a second account under the SAME license plate AND a valid credit card, the reason is the two accounts were not linked.

Oh... I see, that makes sense.

So what you are saying is; the same license number can't bring up a second CURRENT account for the same registered user and since you waited almost a year, the original credit card won’t work however you were able to send all of the notices of violation on one piece of paper in one envelope...

BUT

all of the violations that were excused came on the same day in NINETEEN different envelopes.

Not so Good to Go efficiency.

i had problems also...i had to change my info a while ago...i also got a bunch of violations in the mail...i was caught up in that crap about 8 months ago...after mine was cleared up they announced on the news that there was a problem and people were excused from the tickets...i also later had the expired credit card, dealt with that...then i also had the password change problem...i agree they spend too much extra postage and watse a ton of time and money...and calling them to fix stuff sucks

my buddy was getting charged for his boat having two axels..he only has one...they told them that it could be bouncing when it goes thru so if you take a boat over the bridges check for that frown
