Hi everyone ... hope you like the new bulletin board format. I hope the features and security of this board will help make the board a much more enjoyable place for everyone! The instructions are pretty self explanatory, but should you have any questions, email me with it or post the question (others may want the answer too!), and I'll help you ASAP! Thanks again ... enjoy! [This message has been edited by Bob (edited 03-08-99).]

Hey Bob, This will take a little getting used to. Should be better in the long run though. Might be kind of quiet for awhile, since we finally got two (count 'em, TWO!) nice days in a row! Need to go find my sun glasses. Haven't needed them in months.

Great job Bob! The site keeps geting better and better. Are you doing the expansion work or is it Fishgal? Keep up the good work. The visit to this site is usually the highlight of my day. Thanks again. TF

This site seems to react a lot faster and it is nice to be able to scroll down and see all the responses at once instead of waiting. It will be hard to remember that strange password that I received but I am not complaining, because this site is one of my top three that I visit daily. Thanks for the hard work and Bob, if you get to get to Kodiak, give my brother Ben a call, because like you, he is a licensed guide and has a 27 foot Sea-Sport, that he charters for mostly Salmon and Halibut. It is about time for me to visit him again soon. When he is busy with his clients, I love to take his truck out to all the local rivers and hook those huge silvers on my Jig Rod,using just 4 pound test......does it really matter if you lose a few? With that light line and just a split shot or two I usually outfish most everyone near me. Great fun and conversation though ,when they find out what I am using. The long limber rod helps take the stress from the line as you know. Thanks again and all I can say is I have to get to the Queets soon.

Steve ... if you go to preferneces, you can check the radio box to set a cookie on your machine to remember your name and password for a year ... then you don't have to type in either ... just open the page and it'll remember you!

Thanks again for your work on the BB, Bob. Though it is a bit incovenient to register and use a password, this will be more than worth it if it keeps the crap out. Is there any access to the stuff that was on the old board, or is it gone for good? Todd.

Dunno what software you're using for the BB, but I like it a lot. Thanks for doing this, Bob.

Like the new format very much, and the registration and password business is a small price if it keeps some of the garbage off. Also, if weather keeps improving, eastside steelheading should be really good through the end of the season

Bob,
I like the new format - I believe that it will keep a lot of the crap off the board. One concern was the wierd password that I received. I was able to go into the profile section and change my password to something that I could remember. Coupled with an automatic save of the password, this will make posting to the board very easy. Tight Lines!
