I am in the market for a new set of oars for my 18 foot Fish Rite.

A friend of mine just bought a new pair of Sawyer MX-G's and thinks they are pretty AWESOME..... but.... he has never had them in the water.

I also thought that I may look into the composet oars this time, Cataracts????

Give me some Piscatorial Advice!

Thanks

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

TH,

You won't regret it if you get the Cataracts. They're light, super strong and they float. You can change blades, if you want, for different river conditions. They're expensive but worth it. I don't think you can go wrong with composite oars.

How can you tell if an oar is awesome without getting it wet first?

Fish on..........
