Dams help fish? Why don't you ask the run of salmon on the Elwa that were 50 to 100lbs or MORE how the dams helped them !!!! THEY WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! That was the first major dam on any of our rivers!!!! Don't tell me dams help fish!!! How about the legendary 100lb Columbia River kings that spawned in Canada!!! Go ahead and tell me about how dams help fish!!!! We will never see them again!!!
