As usual when the Republican debates start you won't be able to distinguish between the candidates and a terrible wreck where a circus clown car and a short bus full of snake oil salesmen hit head on and everyone got thrown from the vehicles and landed on a stage.
Letting the TeaBaggers and other assorted racists, morons, and imbeciles take over the party has done in the GOP, as predicted.
First black president, and then first woman president...and both by an easy and wide margin.
Fish on...

"We'll be getting new health insurance and we'll presumably do it through my job with the Senate, and so we'll be on the federal exchange with millions of others on the federal exchange," Cruz said. Do you realize the ACA is the law of the land? Should members of congress have a special dispensation to allow them to evade the laws that govern us commoners? Would you have preferred that that Senator Cruz chose to accept the 'Cadillac' plan that the majority of congress is covered by? I am not a fan of Senator Cruze, however if I had to make a choice between Mrs. Obama Clinton, I would most certainly vote for Mr Cruze.

As a federal employee, Cruz has to wait until open season in November to sign up for health care under one of the federal plans. That is, unless there is a special exemption for members of Congress. Out of season is permitted if he just joined federal service this month. Perhaps it was his intention to bring some sort of reality to the forefront.

Did you really just mention "Cruz" and "reality" in the same sentence without putting "unfuckingbelievably disconnected from" in there somewhere?
No wonder the GOP keeps putting dumber and dumber reps out there...apparently it's what their voters relate to.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

You can't reason with anyone, you dumbfuck.
It's because you're a dumbfuck. Otherwise you'd know that laws that apply to the population DON'T apply to members of Congress. Try insider trading - you wind up in jail, they wind up just making money.

I took a quote from one of your posts, If you don't want me to be able to do that,-----, don't post. Ever. It shouldn't be all that hard to understand.

Yes, you are an asshole. My future attempts to reason with you will be brief. If what you've been doing qualifies as "attempts to reason" then I doubly stand by my assertion that the GOP keeps putting up moronic candidates because they have moronic voters. Fish on... Todd

He's not just conservative...because things like that are typically fine.
What is, though, is either a liar or an imbecile because he constantly shares "facts" that aren't even suitable for the realm of fantasy.
Now I understand that "conservative" and "GOP" and "Imbecile" and "Not suitable" are often confused since they often come hand in hand, especially over the last 15 years...but I, for one, don't have a bad opinion based on him due to him being "conservative".
It's because he's a liar, a hypocrite, and a cretin.
Fish on...

Here's a quick rundown of Cruz being a douchebag and liar. http://www.politifact.com/personalities/ted-cruz/His "truthmeter" pegs out at a whopping 2%...that means that 2% of his "facts" are..."factual". This is why if you support Ted Cruz and think he has a connection to "reality" you are either an asshole or an imbecile. You're a imbecile if you believe him, and an asshole if you know how disconnected from reality he is and continue to say things like "Cruz brings reality" to anything. A bit more here: http://www.factcheck.org/2015/03/factchecking-ted-cruz/That's your guy. Fish on... Todd

Seeing as how you voted for a liar, hypocrite and cretin All you just said there was that Toff voted. Those words encompass all politicians in all parties. Good on you for voting, Toff. Do you vote as well, Hank? If so, good for you, too. I always vote.....and it's always for a liar, hypocrite and cretin. Always will be. It's the American Way and there's not a damn thing you, I, or any of us can do to actually make that change.

Color me surprised...Hank is changing the subject.
Again.
And again.
I am praying almost as hard for a Cruz/Paul ticket as I was for a Palin/Bachmann ticket last time.
Please, wingnuts...please!...all of you vote for Ted Cruz in the primaries.
Fish on...

'bout time to leave the Dark Side out of my reading routine until about 2017, when the uber-rights and uber-lefts have typed their little fingers off and the oxygen starts to re-enter the forum.

Huckabee is no religious whackjob in the making...he's been made for a long, long time...that's why he continues to get GOP support and his own show on Fox News.
They don't just hand those things out to anyone.
