Fisherman's Heaven, the Washington TV fishing show, will finally be seen on a local station this fall. KVOS-12 out of Bellingham will be airing us on a weekend morning. We'll also be on nationally and in Alaska. More details later.

By the way, we taped a show with Piscatorial Pursuit's own Bob Ball on the Kasilof River earlier this month and he is a fishing stud! If you ever get a chance to book him for a trip...do it!

Glad to here your getting local but again(and this is nothing against you because I know your trying!)that is a station many of us outside the seattle area don't get so we still remain out of the picture.....s**t! I hope the national broadcast you mention with "details to come" will be one we can all access and don't need a satelite dish.

We can only do what we can do. KVOS is the only station in Washington that we know of that airs outdoor programming without CHARGING for airtime. We are not an infomercial and will never pay for airtime on a station. We are delivering entertainment, not product brochures. Unfortunately, the shows you see on FOX Northwest are willing to buy their way on...which is why you get treated to a show that looks like a 30-minute advertisement. How they get away with no listing those shows as "paid programming" is beyond me. Fox NW liked our show until we told them we would not pay THEM $700.00 per week to air it. I suppose Gary Payton is going to pay the Sonics for the right to play next year?

We get several e-mails per day asking when we will be available locally...so we have pursued that like you cannot believe. I do believe that Channel 12 is powerful enough that it can be picked up on an antennae.
