Fact checkers determined this statement was mostly true. Toad believes almost everything MSM says and doesn’t believe the system is broken or that corruption exists. Toad is actually a pretty nice guy though but acts very douchey while in the company of others. Level of douchery is a function of the number of people present. If it’s him and a couple guys around it’s all good. The more people/audience the douchery increases. This has been observed in multiple settings.

The word “pussy” can be defined several ways. In traditional and colloquial terms it doesn’t appear he is a “pussy” but he does have a tendency to think he is always right in every situation and has difficulty admitting when he is wrong.
