Apparently you've yet to learn that two wrongs still don't make a right. To argue that because treaty Indians harvest native steelhead, therefore we should also shows all the intelligence of a box of rocks.

Those who are still concerned about foregone opportunity and would use it as a guise for continuing to have a sport harvest of native steelhead could have benefited by attending the last Wild Steelhead Coalition meeting. Both biologist Curt Kreamer and Commissioner Van Gytenbeek (sp) explained that few steelhead and even less recreational fishing opportunity are likely to be lost to the treaty fishery as a result of any foregone opportunity, should the state and recreational anglers choose to utilize their 50% share of the harvestable resource by releasing it to the spawning grounds.
