silkverking Eyed Egg Registered: 07/12/01 Posts: 8 Loc: Pendleton	I am looking at buying an 18ft duckworth sled with a mercury 140 jet. How bad is it for the engine of this boat be in saltwater, is there anything I could do to prevent damage from the saltwater to this motor. Some of my friends say that I need an offshore model to be in saltwater. _________________________ Jon levy
